A square dish with a textured surface and curled edges. The blue glaze is thick in the pits and thin on the rim.
Adam Schwartz shapes each dish by hand and fires it once the glaze is dry.
Exclusive Adam paints large figurative scenes on glazed ceramic, working from memory rather than from models. His figures float, climb and tangle in landscapes that feel half-remembered. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna and has exhibited in Vienna, Berlin and Almaty.
