Focus Gallery LLC, 85 Dostyk Avenue, office 4, Almaty 050010, Kazakhstan, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@focusgallery.com.
We collect the data you give us: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, plus order and wishlist details, such as the works you add to your cart or wishlist.
When you use the site we also collect the technical data needed to run it, such as cookies (see section 6).
We use your data to process and deliver orders, answer enquiries, keep your wishlist, send order updates and, if you have subscribed, send our newsletter. Technical data is used to keep the site secure and working properly.
We share personal data only with the shipping and payment partners we need to deliver your order and take payment. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to advertising networks.
Order records are kept for as long as accounting rules require. Enquiries, wishlist data and contact details are deleted when they are no longer needed for the purpose they were collected for. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Essential cookies keep the site working, for example the contents of your cart and wishlist. Analytics cookies are set only if you give consent, and you can change that choice at any time.
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Some parts of the site may stop working if you do.
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to info@focusgallery.com. We will reply within one month.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limit access to personal data to the staff who need it for their work. Card payments are handled by our payment partner; we do not store card numbers on our systems.
If you have questions about this policy, write to info@focusgallery.com or call +7 (727) 555-01-27 during opening hours. We may update this policy; the date at the top shows when it was last changed.
