These terms apply to the website and online shop of Focus Gallery LLC (“Focus Gallery”, “we”, “us”), an art gallery based at 85 Dostyk Avenue, office 4, Almaty 050010, Kazakhstan. You can reach us at info@focusgallery.com or +7 (727) 555-01-27.
All prices on this site are in US dollars ($). The total shown at checkout, including shipping, is the amount you pay.
An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. Until then we may decline an order or correct an obvious pricing error, and we will tell you before any payment is taken.
Every original work and every numbered print sold by Focus Gallery comes with a certificate of authenticity. The certificate names the artist, title, year, materials and size and, for prints, the edition number. A digital copy is sent to you by email.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment partners. The available payment methods are shown on the checkout page. We do not store full card details on our own systems.
A work is reserved for you only once payment is confirmed.
Every work is packed in a protective crate and shipped with insurance. Orders over $500 ship free; for smaller orders a shipping fee of $45 applies. Delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on the destination country.
Risk of loss passes to you when the crate is delivered to the address you gave us. Please check the crate on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if it is damaged.
You may return an unused work within 14 days of delivery if it is in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was delivered. We refund the price paid, excluding the original shipping fee, once the work has been checked at our office.
Works made to order (custom works) cannot be returned. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the work arrived damaged or was not as described.
Works by our artists are sold as listed on the site, under the terms each artist has agreed with us.
Prints and graphics are sold as limited editions with a stated number, for example 3/10. When an edition is sold out, it is marked as sold out and is not reissued unless the artist agrees and the new edition is listed as a new work.
Focus Gallery is responsible for the works we sell and deliver as described in these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We will first try to settle any dispute with you by negotiation. If we cannot agree, the dispute will be heard by the competent courts in Almaty.
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed. Orders placed before a change are governed by the version in force when the order was placed.
